Goat Chips are the in-game currency of Goat Draft. You earn them by playing and use them to enter Goat Chip contests and, soon, to buy gear in the Avatar Shop. Real money contests are separate and use USD.
Why it matters: Beta users build a meaningful promotional bankroll before official launch, so the earliest players walk into fuller contests with a head start.
Players who deposit during the launch window earn permanent Founder Status. Badges appear on your Profile, Leaderboard, Contest entries, Herd roster.
Founder badges are only available during the launch window and cannot be earned later.
The first 100 Herds created receive a permanent Founding Herd badge displayed on the leaderboard.

While we aim to track every credit you earn from Phase 1 through Phase 3, GoatDraft reserves the right to reset balances if technical bugs or exploits are discovered. However, confirmed Bounty Board rewards and Phase 1 earnings are prioritized for protection.
